Occasionally, you may want to reset your PlayStation Network password for security reasons. However, if you no longer have access to the email you set it up on, you’re going to have to do go down a different route.
Reset PlayStation Network Password Without Email
Currently, there are two ways to change your password on PSN. One is directly through your PS4 and other is through the web browser on the official PlayStation site. However, both require your original email and password.
If it’s just the password you’re after you can simply click reset and choose a new one. However, if you don’t know your email address or can no longer access it, you’ll have to get in touch with Sony.
The only other way to reset your PlayStation Network password is to contact customer support. This is so they can verify your identity and ask you some security questions.
