How To Transfer Witcher 3 PS4 Save Files To Witcher 3 PS5
- Log into GOG.com with your PSN account. Boot up the PS4 version of The Witcher 3 and make sure it’s updated to version 4.0. Next, head to Save Game/Load Game/My Rewards in the main menu.
- Link your accounts and then re-save the game so that it will be the 4.0 version of the save state. You should then see a cloud with a tick icon on the save file.
- Next, load up your PS5 version of The Witcher 3, head to My Rewards and link to the GoG account like the PS4 version. Once done you should get the Load Game option if done correctly.
