USA Today is set to livestream the inauguration of Donald Trump as U.S. President on its YouTube channel in 360 degrees later today.
To get an unique viewpoint of the historic occasion you can watch it live at 11.30am (ET) or 4:30pm (GMT) on Friday, January 20, 2017. The stream can be enjoyed with a PlayStation VR headset or any other virtual-reality headsets that support the YouTube app, including Google Cardboard.
To watch the ceremony on PlayStation VR simply:
- Turn on your PS4 and PSVR headset
- Navigate to the PS4 YouTube app

USA Today has partnered with camera specialist, Nikon, and five cameras will broadcast the live feed on the parade route, the National Mall and the Capitol. This will be the first stream from the media company as part of its "VRtually There” service which will see other live events streamed in virtual-reality.

The company has partnered with Nikon to use KeyMission 360 cameras for the swearing-in. Five cameras will be positioned at the Capitol, the National Mall and along the parade route to allow 360-degree live streaming via in-camera stitching.
