Hunt Showdown To Introduce Price Changes From July 11

Crytek has announced that it will be reducing the price of Hunt: Showdown on PC, PS5, and Xbox Series X/S

The PC version of Hunt: Showdown will be first out the gate for a price drop, which will take place tomorrow, July 11. The PS5 and Xbox Series X/S version meanwhile will follow on July 15, with the price reduction varying in regions but may be as much as 30% off the usual asking price.

Speaking on the game’s official website, Crytek also revealed that the price changes will also affect the cost of Hunt: Showdown’s DLC, which will see increase and decreases in all territories. A similar model will also be applied to The Blood Bonds across upcoming updates.

We have worked to make these changes at the right level to ensure that Hunt remains competitive, accessible and affordable worldwide, while still supporting future development and new content for the game.

With our upcoming August launch, which includes a new engine, map, numerous quality-of-life improvements and more, we hope to see the Hunt continue for many more years to come. With that goal, means a responsibility for us to constantly adapt to the market as it grows and changes.

The PS5 version of Hunt: Showdown is set to launch on August 15, 2024, at which point the PS4 and Xbox One versions will no longer be supported.
