Zombie Studios, the studio behind Black Light: Tango Down, has announced that it will be heading up the development of a Hunter-Killer game, adapted from the comic by Top Cow Productions.
Zombie Studios has kept a tight lid on any gameplay information thus far, except to say that the game will be “team-based”.
Details regarding a publisher or a release date are yet to be revealed, but the title is set to be released both on PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.
The Hunter-Killer comic series, first published by Top Cow Productions in 2005, tells the story of a civil war between two groups of genetically engineered super-soldiers called Ultras. Some of the Ultras become tools of the government, used to track down and kill those who refuse to conform.
