Initial D has been a PlayStation racer from as far back as we can remember and things don’t seem to be changing. Initial D has finally been confirmed for the PlayStation 3 according to Famitsu magazine. They have released the first in-game images of the upcoming title, though no release window is indicated. Here is the image from the magazine below, outside of this, there isn’t much info released about the title.
