Injustice 2 Fighter Pack 2 to be revealed at gamescom

Injustice 2 fighter pack 2

If you’ve mastered allthe characters in NetherRealm Studio’s latest fighter, Injustice 2, then prepare for a new lineup to enter the fray soon! Warner Bros. Interactive and NetherRealm will announce the Injustice 2 Fighter Pack 2 at this month’s gamescom event in Germany.

The first Injustice 2 Fighter Pack introduced Mortal Kombat’s Sub-Zero, Red Hood and just concluded with Starfire. While we don’t know for sure who’ll make the cut for the second Fighter Pack, it’ll most likely be a mixture of DC and Mortal Kombat characters, with maybe a guest appearance from a movie character if NetherRealm’s past DLC history is anything to go by.

You can go read our Injustice 2 review right now and see why we gave it an 8.5/10 and state, "So it’s clear that Injustice 2 is a much-improved sequel with the odd annoying trait. The loot box/gear system is generally a good thing, tied to a cynical businessmodel. The fighting itself, while good, isn’t on the level of the something like Street Fighter V, yet Injustice 2 stuffs so much value into the package that it’s not a major issue. Viewed as a whole, Injustice 2 makes a great case for being the best fighting game on the market."

Gamescom 2017 will start on August 22 (for media only) and will be open to the public from August 23-28, 2017.
