Namco Bandai today unleashed a new live-action teaser trailer for its gravity-bending third-person shooter, Inversion.
In the video, people seem perturbed as soccer balls and hot sauce packets defy physics, floating ominously in the air. Then suddenly everything goes to hell: buildings, cars, and people leave the ground and fly into the sky. Check out the trailer below.
Inversion, which features cooperative play, allows players to control gravity to overcome obstacles and defeat enemies. Aesthetically, it shares some similarities with Epic Games’ Gears of War series.
Inversion is due out on PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 in 2012.
