Iron Harvest, a real-time strategy game, has just been announced for the PlayStation 4. The game takes places in an alternate version of 1920+ that was created by Polish artist Jakub Rozalski.
“Mankind, fascinated by technology, engines, and iron, invented powerful walking machines. Once mighty weapons on the battlefields of the Great War, they are now part of everyday life.” Iron Harvest’s Facebook Page continues: “Many factions fight for influence and power, while hidden forces are working towards the destabilization of Europe, determined to set the world on fire once again.”
Jan Thesen, Project Lead at KING Art Games, stated that “You lead hero characters, mechs, and soldiers into epic battles in open sandbox maps. Cover mechanics and dynamic destruction play a major role in combat.”
Iron Harvest release date is some time away
Iron Harvest is still in early development and is slated to release sometime in 2018. In the meantime, you can check out more artwork from the game by visiting the Iron Harvest Google Photos account.
