According to a Japanese news article, the latest issue of Famitsu magazine has confirmed that the upcoming Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots bundle will indeed contain a limited edition PlayStation 3 console.
The report states that the bundle will contain a special ‘Steel’ PS3 console, along with a single Sixaxis control pad. The bundle itself is scheduled to ship on June 12, 2008, coinciding with MGS4’s worldwide release, for 51,800 yen (USD 534)

Kotaku is reporting that the original Metal Gear Solid will be released on the Japanese PS3/PSP PlayStation Store this spring.
