Thatgamecompany has confirmed that the PlayStation 4 version of its critically acclaimed adventure title, Journey, is still in development.
Writing on Twitter, the studio commented, "Tricky Pixels is still working on the port, and [a release date] won’t be announced until it’s been completed, but it’s not too far off.”
Journey was originally released on the PlayStation 3 back in 2012, and was unveiled for PS4 at Gamescom last summer. Sony said during its press conference that the game would be released in 2014, though obviously that failed to materialize.
The PS4 version will be presented in 1080p and will clock in “at or near 60fps.”
