Ghost Story Games Judas Judas Release Window News PS5 Take-Two

Judas From Ghost Story Games Is Targeting Launch By End Of March 2025

Take-Two boss Strauss Zelnick has revealed during an interview with IGN ahead of its latest earnings report yesterday that Judas, the debut project from Ghost Story Games, will launch by the end of March 2025.

Judas was announced during The Game Awards 2022 in December, and has been a long time coming. Ken Levine, the creator of the game and previously head of Irrational Games where he worked on BioShock, hasn’t shipped a game in nearly a decade, so folk are understandably keen to get their hands on Judas.

Zelnick revealed that the publisher has about 87 games due for release between FY23 — FY25, and confirmed that Judas was one of those titles. In regards to possible delays — 2025 is a way off after all and many AAA games have been delayed over the past few years — he replied:

We did have some slippage in the last few years. We feel really stable right now. I feel great about our upcoming schedule. Of course there’s always the possibility of some slippage but the teams seem to be functioning really well and I’m optimistic about delivering great titles to the marketplace on an ongoing basis.

Judas is currently in development for PS5, PC and Xbox Series X/S and will take the form of a single-player, narrative-driven first-person shooter.
