Tom McKay, the actor behind Kingdom Come Deliverance 2‘s main character, Henry, has revealed that he has completed dialogue recording for the sequel, logging 508 hours in the studio across 127 sessions.
Developer Warhorse Studios previously revealed that the upcoming medieval-flavoured sequel will feature “five hours of stunning cinematic cutscenes.” Meanwhile, Daniel Vavra, the game’s creative director, added that “what we are making now is what [Kingdom Come: Deliverance] was supposed to be in the beginning, but we were not able to do it because we didn’t have enough resources and experience.”

Like its predecessor, Kingdom Come Deliverance 2 takes place in an open-world and is set from a first-person viewpoint, although it makes some changes to the player’s arsenal with the addition of crossbows and primitive firearms. You once again follow blacksmith Henry, a resident of Central Bohemia during the 15th century, as he battles against the Holy Roman Emperor Sigismund and his allies.
