Namco Bandai has super-glued a European release date to the Game Republic-developed Knights Contract, confirming the horror title will launch in the region on February 25, 2011.
Knights Contract whisks gamers back to the Middle Ages during a period ripe with superstition and supernatural goings-on, with players hopping in to the shoes of a witch executioner chap named Heinrich Hofmann.
Cursed with immortality by one of his previous victims – a reincarnated young lass named Gretchen – Hofmann finds himself teaming up with his former executee in an effort to repel the onslaught of grisly beasts that have started popping up all over the continent.
A U.S. date has yet to be pinned down, though we’ll be sure to keep you posted on any developments.
