It’s Thursday, which means the latest Astro Bot speedrun stage is now available to download as part of the game’s latest title update from developer Team Asobi. The fifth and final level, Rising Heat, arrives on November 14.
Helium Heights is the attraction this week, and is available free to all Astro Bot players on PS5. Furthermore, there’s a new bot for players to rescue, and if you’re a longtime PlayStation gamer you may be excited to learn its Heavenly Sword’s Nariko.

Astro Bot was released in early September exclusively for the PS5, and is a full-fledged entry in the series that acts as something of a celebration of PlayStation over the past 30 years, with various cameos from key franchises making an appearance. The game has proven a huge commercial success too, and was the second-best selling game in North America during the month of September.
A separate report has also claimed that Astro Bot has sold better than any 3D platformer over the past decade that wasn’t a Super Mario title, which is pretty big for a single-format release.
