A newly released gameplay video of the ambitious shooter Destiny provides a lengthy look at the game’s Strike cooperative mission set in the House of Devils’ Lair.
In the video, a few Guardian heroes explore an abandoned Russian industrial building to fight off the invaders known as the Fallen. The players use everything from guns and throwing knives to the powers bestowed to them by the mysterious orb Traveler in frenetic combat. The gameplay appears to be captured on a PlayStation 4 and looks sharp to say the least.
Destiny is a shared-world first-person shooter developed by Bungie, the creators of Halo and more, and launches worldwide on September 9 for the PS4, PS3, Xbox One, and Xbox 360. A beta will be available later this year to those who pre-order.
