Dylan Jobe, president of Lightbox Interactive, has confirmed that a beta is in the pipeline for its upcoming blaster Starhawk.
Posting on the U.S. PlayStation Blog, Jobe confirmed the game will receive the beta treatment at some point down the line, though wouldn’t elaborate any further on the matter.
“There will be a BETA but we just can’t talk any specifics right now — stay tuned to the blog for more info,” he wrote.
Those of you hoping for some wand-waggling action will be in for a disappointment, however: “Starhawk does not support the PS Move,” Jobe confirmed.
Starhawk was unveiled last Friday during a press event in London, and is schedule to hit PlayStation 3 in 2012.
