Media Molecule’s lovable platformer has just reached its most significant benchmark yet: over one million levels have been created for LittleBigPlanet.
Since the game launched late last year, approximately three levels have been published every minute, and the now million levels have been played about 244 million times. Those are certainly some staggering figures.
"The fact that you keep coming back to play, create and share makes us feel all warm and happy," writes the anonymous ‘SackBoy, CEO of LittleBigPlanet,’ on the PlayStation Blog.
The date August 18, 2009 is also hinted at, as apparently "the folks at Media Molecule might have something interesting to tell you about then…" Any guesses? Discuss below.
