CI Games, the publisher behind Lords of the Fallen, has revealed that it expects the fantasy-RPG to pull in around $100 million in net revenue over the next few years, following the game’s initial success of having sold over one million copies.
Speaking in a press release, CI Games CEO, Marek Tyminski, commented:
Lords of The Fallen is one of our main IPs that we want to develop. Our current ambitious goal is to achieve $100 million in reported net revenue from sales of this title over the next few years. Interest in the game is growing, so we strongly believe that we will be able to achieve this goal.
Lords of the Fallen was released in October 2023 and as the follow-up to the original 2014 game of the same name. However, the sequel was marred by a tumultuous development cycle, which saw original developer Defiant Studios removed and replaced by Hexworks.
