Batman: Arkham City may be boasting the most incredible roster of villains to ever grace a superhero game, but even then there are no signs of stopping more of them flooding in, as evident in new gameplay footage from PlayStation Network’s online magazine, Qore.
In a feature that sees an interview with Arkham City’s Game Director Sefton Hill, long-running DC villain, Mad Hatter, can be spotted within the montage of brand-new gameplay footage. It may only be a quick flash of the master criminal, but it’s enough to prove that the Mad Hatter is the latest name in the already expansive list of Batman villains that will appear in the game.
The video can be seen in full on YouTube, with a clip of the Mad Hatter around 3 minutes and 39 seconds in.
Despite the awesome amount of characters and features that we have seen in Arkham City to date, developer Rocksteady has insisted that we’ve only glimpsed a fraction of what the upcoming sequel has to offer. What more could they possibly give us?
