Mafia The Old Country Update 1.004 Fixes Progressing Blocking, Brings Stability Improvements For PS5; Full Patch Notes Listed

Hangar 13 has released a new update for Mafia: The Old Country, which comes with a wealth of improvements across various areas including gameplay, visuals, and user interface. Set in Sicily’s underworld during the 1900s, Mafia: The Old Country weaves a gritty mob story where players battle for survival as Enzo Favara, as he looks to prove his worth to the Family. Having grown up in a childhood of forced labor, Ezo looks to do whatever he can for a better life and cement himself as a big player in the Torrisi crime family.

Mafia: The Old Country sees players brushing shoulders with a cast of unpredictable allies and brutal foes, set against the backdrop of the rugged Sicily countryside and grimy urban alleyways. The narrative is complemented by state-of-the-art visuals and authentic realism, as you grab your lupara sawed-off shotgun, stiletto blade, and get behind the wheel of turn-of-the-century motorcars.


Gameplay

  • Addressed various instances of companion characters like Luca, Cesare, and others not performing required actions, resulting in blocked progress. If you encounter this issue, reloading your last checkpoint should resolve it.
  • Performing a takedown on a specific guard is no longer a requirement to complete the objective in the Customs Warehouse in Chapter 3 if the player is able to avoid it.
  • Addressed reported instances of invisible collisions present in unwanted locations.
