With today’s release of sci-fi themed adventure Nova-111 on PS4, PS Vita and PS3, developer Funktronic Labs and publisher Curve Digital have been gathering attention by sending a copy of the game and Sony’s handheld console into space.
The footage captured with a GoPro camera shows a copy of Nova-111 and a PS Vita launched into space attached to a helium balloon. They manage to rise more than 36,000 metres above Earth with one glorious shot showing Vita hovering between the Sun and the Ozone layer.
Nova-111 is a turn-based adventure game in which players fight aliens in space. For more information on the game, check out the official Nova-111 website.
