Last year, it was rumored that, according to an ESRB rating, Marvel Vs. Capcom 2 would arrive on the PS3 and Xbox 360. Since then, there has been increasingly realistic rumor and speculation on the subject. Today, Capcom finally answered the prayers of fighting fans and confirmed the game for the PlayStation Network and Xbox Live Arcade.
Marvel Vs. Capcom 2, which arrives this summer on both platforms, will cost $15 USD. Considering the game costs upwards of $80 on the PS2 and this new version features online play as well as an enhanced visual filter and widescreen support, that’s an incredible bargain.
Even better, you’ll be able to try before you buy. A demo of the game will be available exclusively on the PlayStation Network on April 30 in North America, with other regions following soon.
