Brian Horton is no longer the creative director of Marvel’s Wolverine at Insomniac Games, as Game File reports that he departed in the summer to work on Perfect Dark at The Initiative.
A representative for Sony Interactive Entertainment has told the site that Marcus Smith is the new creative director on the project, while Mike Daly is serving as game director. Cameron Christian, the former game director for Marvel’s Wolverine, is still attached to the project in a different role.

Smith and Daly are no stranger to working on Insomniac Games-developed titles, as the duo previously held major roles in the development of Ratchet & Clank Rift Apart. According to the Game File report, these changes to the Marvel’s Wolverine team are a result of creative decisions, but no further details were revealed.
Marvel’s Wolverine is currently in development for the PS5, and has yet to attract a release date. Earlier this month, an insider claimed that Insomniac Games is ‘gearing up‘ to reveal more info about the game soon.
