Meifumado has launched on Kickstarter for PS5, PS4, PC, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X/S, and Xbox One, Old Bit Studio has announced. The project is looking to get off the ground by raising $40,000, with funding now open to those who are interested.
The game takes the form of an action-RPG set in a post-apocalyptic world inspired by Japanese culture. Meifumado
promises to immerse players with in-depth combat and emphasis RPG elements, which will allow players to change the story and influence its ending based on your choices.
Meifumado’s combat system will offer multiple fighting styles for when you get into scraps, and players will be able to take part in numerous activities outside of battles, such as crafting, hunting, and stealing. Meanwhile, the open-world is structured via Metroidvania-style levels, and is divided into multiple locations to explore each with its own unique atmosphere.
