New screenshots of upcoming Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor have been released online by Warner Bros. Interactive, the same day as the release of a LEGO The Hobbit trailer.
The four screenshots, along with one piece of concept art, depict the game’s protagonist, Talion, in a seemingly war-torn Middle-earth. This isn’t the first time the pictures have been released to the public, as they were originally seen by readers of Game Informer.
Take a look at the screenshots here.
While these are the first official screenshots, GameFront managed to get hold of several images, some not included in this release by Warner Bros., from an EvilAvatar poster.
Middle-earth: Shadows of Mordor is being developed by Monolith, best known for the F.E.A.R. games. It will be released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 3, PC, Xbox One and Xbox 360. Eurogamer suggests it’s coming in 2014.
