GAME has gained exclusive rights to Middle-earth: Shadow of Mordor’s Special Edition.
Due out alongside the fantasy-RPG this October, the Special Edition includes a Hidden Blade Rune, which grants the player extra stealth damage, Captain of the Watch character skin, and steelpack collector’s case.
The Special Edition will set you back £44.99 on PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, £39.99 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360, and £29.99 on PC.
Shadow of Mordor takes place in the same universe as J.R.R. Tolkien’s The Lord of the Rings trilogy, and is set between the events of the The Hobbit and the War of the Ring. Developed by Monolith Studios, the game’s main highlight is the Nemesis system, which alters your enemies’ behaviour based on previous encounters with main character, Talion.
Shadow of Mordor is due out September 30 in the U.S. and October 3 in Europe.
