Not content with the million other versions of the popular multiplayer title, Sony Computer Entertainment Europe (SCEE) has announced a revamped edition of Buzz! Quiz TV, to be released early November.
According to the marketing spiel, the new set is a "collector’s edition" featuring four Buzz! controllers, a special version of Quiz TV including 1000 new questions, and a host of improvements including full PlayStation Eye support.
Most of the additional content seems to be available on the PSN already, but perhaps of most interest is the new 500-question Videogame quiz set. Expect plenty of questions along the lines of "Which console had a roughly 68% hardware failure rate at launch?" then. (I’ll give you a hint: it wasn’t the SNES)
For those of you that love local multiplayer and have yet to pick up any of the new versions of Buzz!, consider this an essential purchase.
