In an interview with IGN.com’s resident PlayStation expert Greg Miller, Telltale’s The Walking Dead writer Gary Whitta strongly hinted that more content for last year’s critically acclaimed, episodic thriller will be released before the eventual launch of Season 2.
The scoop came at the tail end of IGN’s latest Up At Noon YouTube show. In response to Miller’s query about Season 2, Whitta remarked that "there may very well be more Walking Dead from Telltale before Season 2. We may have a little something extra for you between Season 1 and 2." And it seems this extra content (undoubtedly, story-related DLC) will get a public debut soon. "There may be something in the works even as we speak that will make the wait for Season 2 slightly less," Whitta continued. "I think there will be more solid information on that in the near future. But for right now, you won’t have to wait for Season 2 to play more Walking Dead."
