Mortal Kombat Australian release moved forward

The Australian release date for Mortal Kombat: Komplete Collection has been bumped to May 1.

As previously reported on PSU.com, the bloody brawler was originally scheduled to ship Down Under on May 29.

However, CVG reports the game will now appear a lot earlier than expected. It’ll set you back $39.95 for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.

Mortal Kombat was previously denied classification in Australia upon its launch in 2011. However, since the introduction of an R18+ rating in January, the title was resubmitted and successfully secured itself a release in the territory.

Be sure to pick up.
