Developer NetherRealm Studios has unveiled Mortal Kombat X for a 2015 release. Alongside the announcement a new trailer has been released, featuring what appears to be stunning gameplay footage of Scorpion and Sub-Zero fighting in a forest setting.
A number of new gameplay features are shown off, including weapons, use of the environment and possible new defensive mechanics. The official description in the trailer reads, “Fueled by next-gen technology, Mortal Kombat X combines unparalleled, cinematic presentation with dynamic gameplay to create an unprecedented Kombat experience.
