The lead singer/bassist of British heavy metal legends Motorhead, Lemmy Kilmister, will appear as a playable character in Activision’s upcoming Guitar Hero: Metallica, the publisher has confirmed.
Kilmister will appear on stage with the likes of Metallica’s Lars, James, Kirk and Robert, and will be accompanied by a 2008 re-recording of Motorhead’s classic track, Ace of Spades.
Said Kilmister: "It’s great to be in Guitar Hero with all these famous people and I’m really pleased to be in it with Metallica…but James is still taller than me."
Guitar Hero: Metallic will be shredding its way onto stores shelves on March 29, 2009.
