Mountaintop Studios is a brand new team formed of veterans from Respawn, Bungie, Naughty Dog, Blizzard, Epic, Riot and more, and it’s just released a teaser trailer for its debut, FPS PvP project.
The trailer itself shows off more interesting images than anything else, some of it looking like it could represent multiple factions, but nothing extremely concrete.
So for now, there isn’t a lot to get excited about, other than the histories of everyone involved at Mountaintop Studio, and the potential for a truly great PvP shooter that could cut through the rest of the big shooters and offer something new.

There’s also the possibility that by the time Mountaintop Studios is ready to launch this project, the industry will have shifted and it’ll arrive at a time when players are tired of whatever flavour of multiplayer shooter this game is.
