Cryptic Studios has unleashed the Neverwinter update 9.64 patch notes for you to dissect, which adds a number of key changes and fixes across combat, enemies, and more. The update comes on the heels of the game being patched to run at 60 FPS when played on PS5 via backwards compatibility.

The Artisan’s Apprentice title is no longer immediately granted to anyone who logs in.
Events
(PS4™ only) D’mond Ichor no longer incorrectly doubles as the Twig Blight mascot.
Leveling Flow
Sealing the Crypts: The interactive object in this map now properly completes the quest objective.
The quest objective to open Shimmering Lockboxes no longer has a chance to break using the “buy keys and open box” flow.

A reference to a level higher than 20 has been removed from the in-game mail, A Matter of Dragons.

Reaper’s Marks can now properly be moved to the Shared Bank.
Unbind Token counts can likely be seen in the Shared Bank (but they can’t be purchased yet).
Fishing
Buttons now more consistently light up when appropriate.
