Electronic Arts and DICE have released a brand new Battlefield 1 trailer for your consumption, this time focusing on the World War 1 shooter’s diverse weapons lineup.
As previously reported, Battlefield 1 offers a wide range of weapons to wield in battle, including bolt-action rifles, pistols, shotguns, sniper rifles, and more. Check them out below.
Battlefield 1 release date positions DICE’s shooter ahead of Infinite Warfare
Battlefield 1 is scheduled for release on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One on October 21, 2016. The game is released just one week ahead of fellow EA stablemate, Titanfall 2, and a few weeks ahead of competing shooter, Call of Duty: Infinite Warfare.
Unlike previous Battlefield titles, which have been set in a contemporary warzone, Battlefield 1 sets the action in the muddy, bloody trenches of the Great War. Aside from infantry combat, the shooter mixes things up with the addition of tank, air, and ship battles, and even features cavalry charges.
Battlefield 1 will feature a single-player campaign in addition to an extensive multiplayer component, although details on the former are being kept under wraps for now. The online mode will support up to 64-players.
