New Let it Die trailer teases gratuitous gore & frenetic gameplay

Suda 51’s mysterious free-to-play horror title ‘Let it Die’ has got a frenetic new – and gratuitously bloody – trailer at this year’s pre-Tokyo Game Show presentation.

The sped-up trailer, seen below, shows off a deathmatch-of-sorts with players – who look like they can be customized to the hilt – tackling each other with an array of weapons, culminating in some of the most over-the-top spurts of blood we’ve ever seen in gaming.

Belt sanders, pikes, nailed clubs, and swords – it’s all legal here; with each swing taking off a certain amount of points off of a character’s health gauge, which is displayed over their head along with their level and name.

No other details were forthcoming from the trailer, especially not a release date which is still tentatively placed as ‘TBC 2015’.
