The new model PS5 or as it is unofficially called, the PS5 Slim is getting a bit of a new look only months after being on the market.
Three new colours for the side-plates on your PS5 Slim are being shown off during CES 2024. The PS5 Slim will now come in Cobalt Blue, Sterling Silver and Volcanic Red.
There’s no indication as to when these side plates will be available, but we do know they will be $54.99 whenever that is.
The biggest difference with these plates however is the all matte finish on both sides of the split. The current white and black PS5 Slim features a glossy plate on the top of the split and a matte finish on the bottom.
Here, both sides are matte, making for a much more even aesthetic for each. There’s also Black plates that are in the works, but will be revealed at a later point.
