tri-Ace has confirmed on Twitter that it will be sharing more info on the highly anticipated Star Ocean: The Divine Force later next month. The game has been keeping a low profile since its initial announcement last October, so it’s good to hear new info is on the way.
Initially the game’s Twitter account said that new info would be dropping in Spring 2022, but it’s just confirmed in an update that these details have been pushed back to late June.

Star Ocean: The Divine Force was announced for PS4 & PS5 during Sony’s State of Play broadcast in October last year, and is something of a 25th anniversary release for the franchise.
Not much info has been revealed so far, but the game will feature multiple playable characters and marries fantasy and science-fiction settings. Furthermore, players can look forward to diving into multiple side stories, as well as utilising a ‘unique battle system’ that employs ‘simple and instinctive controls’ in gripping battles.
Star Ocean: The Divine Force is scheduled for release in 2022 for PS4 & PS5. A concrete release date has yet to be announced.
