Square Enix seems to be back with a vengeance when it comes to video game sales. We already know that Final Fantasy XV sold a ton, but it seems even the publisher’s smaller, niche titles are doing well, too. The publisher has announced that the Platinum Games-developed Nier: Automata’s shipped and digital sales has crossed over the two million mark worldwide!
To celebrate this occasion, Square Enix is offering Nier: Automata at a discounted price (36 percent off) on the PlayStation Store until September 27. Additionally, a Nier: Automata/Nier: Gestalt and Replicant original soundtrack vinyl box set through its online store. The official Nier Twitter account also tweeted this sales milestone as well.

If you haven’t picked Nier: Automata up, we gave it a very high 9.5/10 in our review and said, "Exceptional in every way, NeiR: Automata delivers on every cylinder, providing one of the best experiences this year. In every generation there is a game that leaves an impression on you and for me NieR: Automata is that game. To put it simply, NeiR: Automata is a magical experience."
