PlayStation 3 owners who have been holding on to the sliver of hope that Mass Effect 2 will come to PS3 may be disappointed. If the latest press release making the rounds on the net are to be believed, our beloved console will not see any love from EA regarding Mass Effect 2. The release clearly states that "Mass Effect 2 is coming to PC and the Xbox 360 video game system in Early 2010."
As some have pointed out on our very own forums, however, press releases for games like Final Fantasy XIII and Devil May Cry 4 never mentioned release on the 360 prior to their surprise multiplatform announcements. While this is without a doubt a very slim grasp at hope, it goes without saying that some gamers may grab on to it regardless.
