The folks at VG Tech have run a performance test on the retail version of Outriders, revealing the game runs at a stable 60 FPS and dynamic 4K resolution PS5 and Xbox Series X/S. In case you missed it, the beta recorded some dodgy performances, particularly the Xbox versions of the game.
However, People Can Fly seems to have worked their magic for the final version. On PS5, Outriders utilises dynamic resolution, recording a native high of 3008×1692, with the lowest being 1920×1080. In addition, upsampling is also employed to create a 3840×2160 resolution.
As mentioned, the frame rate is also solid on both PS5 and Xbox Series X, clocking in at a buttery-smooth 60 FPS, while the Xbox Series S edition — which encountered the most egregious technical issues in the beta — is also running a lot better.
