Following the leak of the Overwatch Game of the Year Edition, Blizzard Entertainment is reportedly planning an Overwatch anniversary event to celebrate the fact the critically acclaimed shooter has been on the market for one year.

That’s at least according to TrueAchievements, who have unearthed box art and a description for the Overwatch Anniversary release, which features a heap of additional content. In addition to a copy of the full game, the re-release will feature 10 bonus Loot Boxes, five Origin Skins for unnamed heroes, a baby Winston pet for World of Warcraft, a Tracer hero for Heroes of the Storm, and a bunch of as-yet unconfirmed extras.

Furthermore, the datamine reveals the Overwatch Anniversary Loot Boxes will include as many as 100 possible prizes. Gamers will have the chance to bag anniversary skins for the game’s characters, plus sprays, highlight intros, poses, icons, and voice lines.

The anniversary event will supposedly run until June 5, 2017, although considering Overwatch was released on May 24, 2016, the festivities will likely kick off soon enough, possibly as early as tomorrow. Obviously, nothing official has been confirmed by Blizzard yet, although it has seemingly confirmed its existence in a Tweet from last week

Stay tuned to PSU for details on the Overwatch Anniversary event as we get them.
