PAX West 2021 Requires Proof Of Negative COVID-19 Test Or Vaccination For Entry

Organisers behind PAX 2021 have confirmed that the event will require proof of a COVID-19 negative test or vaccination to secure entrance.

A press email reads as follows:

Prior to entry we will now require proof of a completed COVID-19 vaccination series or a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test, each to be verified with a valid, government issued ID. If you have purchased badges and have questions or concerns about this requirement, please reach out to PAX Questions at [email protected]

In addition to the above, PAX West 2021 will host reduced capacity and require individuals to wear face coverings, which includes attendees, exhibitors, staff, and Enforcers.

Previously, organisers had confirmed that health and safety guidelines for this year’s outing could evolve as they “wanted to get it right,” and the PAX West 2021 team now feel confident that requiring a negative test result or proof of vaccination against COVID-19 will “create an environment that promotes the wellbeing of our PAX community.”

PAX West 2021 takes place September 3 – 6, 2021.
