According to the Official PlayStation Blog, the second episode in the Penny Arcade RPG series is scheduled for release on December 18, 2008. Unlike the first episode which saw a large gap in release dates between platforms, the sequel has cut down that time significantly. Keeping their promise of releasing this iteration before the end of the year, developers cite their excitement in regards to how anticipated it has been.
Listening to fan feedback, the second installment will feature difficulty settings, unlockables and full Trophy support. The Blog post promotes that the sequel will be even crazier than the first and that gamers haven’t seen anything yet.
Look for Penny Arcade’s sequel tomorrow for the mildly high price of $14.99
