Rumors are doing the rounds that a new Persona 4 remaster could be in the works. We're not convinced. The rumors started when a cover was posted of an upcoming edition of the Persona magazine in Japan.
On the cover, the translation reads: Persona 4 Ever More. Persona 4 is not over. Underneath that it has the words ‘Game' ‘Anime' and ‘Manga'. This may have got lost in translation, but some Persona fans are getting a bit excited.

‘Persona 4 Ever More’ Headline In Latest Mag

If this was a Persona 4 remaster, you'd expect it to be headlining the front cover rather than half way down the cover in a small text font. However, that's not to say that a Persona 4 remaster couldn't be a thing. And the appearance of this magazine cover has got fans talking once more.
The fourth main title in the popular role-playing game series was released on PS2 in 2008, and received huge critical acclaim. It spawned numerous spin-offs, including Persona 4 Golden, Persona 4 Arena and Persona 4: Dancing All Night. At this point, you'd think that this particular numbered entry had been milked enough, but you never know.
