Atlus News Persona 6 Persona 6 Release 2025 PS5

Persona 6 Is Reportedly Not Going To Make 2024 Release, Is Themed Around ‘Black And White’

Leaker ImAHeroToo has claimed in a recent post on Reddit that Atlus’ Persona 6 is unlikely to make it out in 2024, and features a black and white theme. According to the tipster, the highly anticipated sequel was scheduled to be revealed last Winter, but that obviously didn’t happen.

Persona 6 is apparently “a bit further away than last time I updated,” the leaker claimed, so don’t expect it out until 2025, although we’re still waiting for an official reveal from Atlus at this point. Elsewhere, ImAHeroToo also claims that there’s another Persona game in the pipeline, albeit a party title.

Previously, leaker Nate the Hate reported that Persona 6 would launch towards the end of 2024, and would be a timed-exclusive to the PS5. However, in wake of the above report, it seems that this is no longer happening, so we’ve got even more of a wait on our hands.

Back in March it was reported that Persona 6 had been delayed internally, and therefore had ‘zero chance’ of making it out this year, which is hardly surprising at this point.

While there’s going to be quite a wait for Persona 6, fans of the series will be kept busy with the release of Persona 5 Tactica and Persona 3 Reload, which are due out on November 17, 2023 and February 2, 2024, respectively.
