S-Game has announced that three physical editions for Phantom Blade Zero will be released in 2027, including a swanky Ultimate Edition. In the meantime, the game will ship as a digital title only.
Phantom Blade Zero will be available as Standard, Deluxe, and Ultimate Editions in 2027, the latter of which includes a collectible steel case. Pricing and a release date for the above physical versions of Phantom Blade Zero have yet to be announced. Earlier this week, X account PlayStation Game Size confirmed the download size for the highly anticipated title on PS5, and it’s quite a whopper.
The game is based on Wuxia, and is set in the Phanton World inspired by China’s Ming Dynasty, combining elements of wuxia, steampunk, cyberpunk, horror and more. The main character, Soul, is an elite assassin serving a mysterious organisation known as The Order, but is framed for its patriarch’s murder and subsequent hunted by its members. Soul sustains a fatal wound to his heart but is revived; however, he only has 66 days left to live, during which time he must restore his heart and unravel the conspiracy.
Phantom Blade Zero launches October 29 for PS5 and PC.
