PlayStation Now, Sony’s new cloud-streaming service, has today extended its open beta phase to PS3.
Available in North America and certain parts of Canada, the service allows gamers to play PlayStation games without the need to download or have a physical copy of the game itself. Integrated into PlayStation Store, PlayStation Now currently boasts over 150 titles – a number that’s only set to grow exponentially well into the future.
Having been available on PS4 since last August, the service has come into criticism for its pricing structure; something that Sony has stressed is not final at this time.
PlayStation Now is set to also expand beyond North American shores at some point next year.
Are you one of the many currently trying out PlayStation Now? What would you add/change about the service? Give us your opinions in the comments section below.
