In a bizarre turn of events, a man was filmed on CCTV in an unnamed electronics store pleasuring himself in front of a PlayStation 4 in full view of fellow shoppers.
The individual, filmed wearing a red beanie hat and black coat, was filmed approaching the console before undoing his belt and dropping his trousers, apparently oblivious to the two shoppers standing nearby. He then begins to pleasure himself in front of the PS4, which prompts the two nearby to back away from the scene.
A store manager arrives just a few moments later, resulting in the stranger quickly stopping his bizarre act, pulling his trousers back up, and leaving the store. The footage later found its way online attracting several thousand views in the process.
The PS4 launched in November 2013 alongside the Xbox One, although has managed to cement a substantial lead over its rival ever since—something which Microsoft has even itself admitted. Sony outsold the Xbox One in the U.S. in September 2015, in a period which saw record sales on the PlayStation Store. Over in the U.K., sales of the console have been tracking well ahead of the record-breaking PS2, which remains the biggest-selling games system of all time. Sony recently announced a price cut for the PS4 in the U.S. and Europe, so there’s no doubt sales are going to see a significant boost as a result of the cuts.
Of course, both Sony and Microsoft will be battling it out for hardware supremacy over the next few months as we approach the lucrative Thanksgiving weekend and the Christmas holidays. If you’re looking for some hot PS4 deals right now, then we’ve just the ticket in our PS4 guide covering standalone console deals and bundles.
