Take a load off and grab yourself a cup of something sweet, as the PlayStation Universe crew are back once again with another instalment of our weekly podcast, PlayStation Unchained.
This week we’re at episode 107, and are joined by co-hosts Mike and Ben alongside Aaron, Kevin, and Garri as we have a good ‘ol natter about the latest goings-on from the world of PlayStation. As always, we talk about the latest reviews and what games have been taking up our time, before delving into some hot topics.
DOOM’s been on everyone’s mind this past week, and with a release date now confirmed for May 13, the PSU crew asks if it’s a good idea whether the shoot goes back to its roots or not. Can too much nostalgia be a bad thing?
In addition, we also touch base on Bungie’s Destiny, a game that appears to be stuck in something of a creative limbo. With some pretty underwhelming events line-up, we ask if the shared-world shooter has met its match, and what we think Bungie can do to rescue it from stagnation.
With that said, have a listen to episode 107 below or download it directly to your computer here. Enjoy!
